The Zambian Development Podcast – ZedDevPod is motivated by the undesired Zambian development outcomes, and the inadequacy of public and expert discourse on the subject. It aims to contribute by promoting fact-based discourse on Zambian development.

Guest Profiles

  • Minimum of postgraduate training and at least ten years of post-qualification experience on the subject, or
  • Twenty years of experience on the subject.

Governance Structure

  • Board of Trustees – the highest decision-making body of the podcast.
  • Editorial Board – appointed by the Board of Trustees, oversees the editorial and technical integrity of the podcast.
  • Creators – provide creative direction, and ensure that objectives are achieved, themes are adhered to, and guiding principles are followed.
  • Producers – appointed by the Board of Trustees, manage the day-to-day operational and editorial aspects of the podcast.
  • Presenters – recommended by Creators and Producers to the Editorial Board, present the podcast.
  • Guests – recommended by Creators and Producers to the Editorial Board, are the principal sources of technical information on the podcast.
  • External Reviewers – appointed by the Editorial Board, provide expert review of the presentational and technical aspects of the podcast.
