- Board of Trustees – the highest decision-making body of the podcast.
- Editorial Board – appointed by the Board of Trustees, oversees the editorial and technical integrity of the podcast.
- Creators – provide creative direction, and ensure that objectives are achieved, themes are adhered to, and guiding principles are followed.
- Producers – appointed by the Board of Trustees, manage the day-to-day operational and editorial aspects of the podcast.
- Presenters – recommended by Creators and Producers to the Editorial Board, present the podcast.
